The debut East Forest LP, “The Education Of The Individual Soul” is a forty-five minute uninterrupted sonic voyage down a rabbit hole of jungle monkeys, entheogenic messages, and pulsing beats – all designed to guide the listener toward inner healing. The 13 tracks weave around vintage piano, rhodes, electronic blips and bleeps, cosmic pads, with a solid foundation in minimalist melody.

Each hand packaged CD is a limited edition (of 500) printing of the debut LP "The Education Of The Individual Soul" includes original artwork by VC Johnson (the speaker on tracks 1 & 13) of Santa Barbara skate board art fame, an original photograph by Trevor, and other organic elements. Layout and hand drawn text/fonts by Daniel Birch. All printing is done on sustainable and recycled materials from our local Portland Stumptown printers including vegetable inks and recyclable packaging (but why would you want to get rid of the rad fold-out artwork?).
